Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 7–12 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to high demand, holidays, or carrier delays, which are outside of our control. We currently ship within the United States, and customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In the case of lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.
